To return products to THEREALM.COM.AU:
Email info@therealm.com.au anytime or call (02)9503 0600, Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and ask for the accounts dept. Give your Invoice Number, for the product you would like to send back and the reason why.
Note: Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
therealm.com.au recommends using UPS or Express Post with tracking or delivery confirmation for return shipments.
THEREALM.COM.AU cannot be responsible for loss or damage to products while in route.

Exchange Policy
All exchanges must have a return authorization number.
To obtain a return authorization number, please call 02 9503 0600 (Accounts Dept).
You can exchange any item purchased from THEREALM.COM.AU within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All exchanged items must be in new and saleable condition, free from damage, wear, lint, hair, or washing and in their original packaging. Items that show any sign of wear will not be accepted and returned. All items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted.
It will be at the discretion of THEREALM.COM.AU to determine the salability of the item.
