Forgotten my username and/or password?

Please remember your username and password are CaSe sensitive, or send an email directly to darren@liquidculture.com.au requesting a new password. Please do not disclose your password in any correspondence. We will phone you directly and organise your new credentials.

Are you have problems because your account is disabled?

As part of the security implementation for the system, a user account will be disabled if that account fails to successfully authenticate with the system more than five(5) times consecutively. Each time a user successfully logs into the system, this failed attempt count is reset. If your account has been disabled, contact us or send an email directly to darren@liquidculture.com.au.

Can I change my password?

If you would like to change your password, you must first login to your account and then click on the Change Password menu option located in your signin area.

Are you using a browser that does not support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled?

If your browser does not support cookies, you will not be able to use some features of the system. To enable cookies, please consult the Online Help in your borwser. We recommend the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer for use with this system.
